Ryan has more than 20 years of experience advising industrial technology companies on M&A and capital markets solutions. Prior to joining EC M&A, Ryan worked in Industrials Investment Banking at Wells Fargo, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and at JPMorgan. He also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Ryan received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BCom (Honors) from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
