Nick joined EC M&A’s New York office in 2020. Nick focuses on M&A transaction origination and execution, project management and client relationship management. Prior to joining EC M&A, Nick worked at a boutique M&A advisory firm Palazzo Investment Bankers and a 2-year strategy and financial rotational program at JP Morgan. Nick graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics.
