Max joined EC M&A’s Frankfurt office in 2022. Throughout his career, Max has been advising multinational, family and private equity owned companies on a range of corporate finance transactions. Before joining EC M&A, Max worked for Linus Digital Finance, a real estate private debt fund. Max has experience across a variety of industries, such as industrial technology, automotive, business services, consumer products, and real estate, among others. Max started his career at Harris Williams’ Frankfurt Office and holds an MSc in Management and a Diplôme de Grande École from ESCP Europe, France.
