John joined EC M&A’s Frankfurt office in 2021. Prior to joining EC M&A, John worked for Lincoln International, Deutsche Bank and Harris Williams specializing in middle market M&A transactions advising founders and private equity firms. John holds a MSc in Finance from EBS Business School, Germany, and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. A native of Korea and German citizen, John is fluent in German, English and Korean.
