Ivan Filippov Bio

Ivan joined EC M&A’s London office in 2021. Prior to EC M&A, Ivan was part of the Investment Banking Department at Barclays in London. Ivan focused on the Energy sector, leading the coverage of Energy Tech companies. Ivan also worked at Société Générale and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He holds over 10 years of domestic and cross-border M&A experience primarily in EMEA and North America. Ivan graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc (Hons) in Economics and an MSc in Accounting and Finance.
