Bio

Based in New York, Teresa joined EC M&A in 2008. In addition to M&A origination and transaction execution services, Teresa is EC M&A’s Chief Operations Officer and runs the day-to-day operations of the New York office. Prior to EC M&A, Teresa worked in the Industrials & Transportation investment banking coverage group at JPMorgan. Teresa graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a BS and received her MBA from the Anderson School at University of California Los Angeles.
