Bio

Gregg has been advising healthcare and life sciences businesses on mergers & acquisitions and private placements for over 20 years. Prior to EC M&A, he co-led the global healthcare investment banking effort at Bryan Garnier & Co. Gregg joined Bryan Garnier in 2019 through its merger with Brocair Partners, a healthcare-focused investment bank he founded in 2004. Previously he held positions with J.P. Morgan and Lehman Brothers. Gregg holds an MS from Florida State University and a BA from Southern Illinois University. He is based in New York and joined EC M&A in 2024.
