Bio

Based in Chicago, Gerard joined EC M&A in 2014 after spending more than 15 years working as a general manager, strategist and buyside corporate development specialist for diversified industrial conglomerates Parker Hannifin, IDEX Corporation and ThyssenKrupp. Gerard received his MS in Business Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, his JD from The College of William & Mary Marshall Wythe School of Law and his BS from the University of Scranton where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
