Zach Krawulski Bio

Zach Krawulski brings over 10 years of experience to EBB Group, with a strong background in investment banking, financial & data analysis, strategic planning, account management, and business development. His experience includes roles at Envestnet, United Capital, BNY Mellon, and Texas Capital Securities. Within EBB Group, he will assist clientele through the complexities of M&A, capital raising, due diligence, competitive analysis, target identification, financial modeling and pro-forma forecasting. Mr. Krawulski received his MBA from Southern Methodist University and his BA from The University of North Texas.
