Christian Chenier is a seasoned finance specialist and entrepreneur who joined EBB Group in March 2019 in order to assist sell-side entities with merger, acquisition, and divestiture. Previously, Mr. Chenier acted as the Director of Sales for Peachtree Settlement Funding, a specialty finance company, where he maximized company revenues by successfully managing and motivating a staff of over 100 salespersons. Additionally, he worked for Homeowners Loan Corporation, where he helped establish the company as the 12th-largest sub-prime broker in the nation by 2002. By 2005, he had established his own private mortgage branch that was sold to Amtrust Corporation, a member of the Inc 500. From 2005 to 2010, he served as the Vice President for Florida Capital Partners, a leading $250 million private equity group. From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Chenier developed Platinum Mergers and Acquisitions, a buy-side intermediary group. In 2015, while working as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Carr Riggs & Ingram (one of the nation’s fastest growing accounting firms), Mr. Chenier acquired his Series 63 and Series 79 Investment Banking licenses. Mr. Chenier earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
