Justin joined East Wind in 2017 to strengthen the firm's Consumer & Retail coverage. Justin has over 12 years of corporate finance experience in M&A and debt and equity financings. Throughout his career, Justin has effectively executed buy-side, sell-side and financing transactions for leading global consumer and retail companies and founder and sponsor-backed businesses, in addition to private equity firms. Past clients include PepsiCo, Este Lauder, Unilever, Ford, Apollo Global and General Atlantic. Prior to joining East Wind, Justin served as a Vice President at Financo, a consumer and retail-focused M&A boutique. Previously, Justin was in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking groups at UBS and Ernst and Young. He began his career in the Industrials & Transportation Investment Banking group at J.P. Morgan Chase. Justin received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a M.B.A. from the Honors Program at Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business.
