Jason has provided investment banking services to media, marketing services, data and technology companies since 2005. Prior to joining East Wind in 2014, Jason served as Vice President at mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, The Jordan, Edmiston Group. There he advised clients on 25 transactions worth more than $1.4 billion, including sell-side and buy-side deals with public and private companies, such as Daily Mail and General Trust, EPAM, Hearst Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, ValueClick and WPP, as well as with private equity investors, such as Ares Capital, Frontenac Company, Guggenheim Capital, Sterling Partners, and others. Prior to Jordan, Edmiston, Jason developed and executed interactive marketing strategies and business development initiatives at music company, Knitting Factory Entertainment, and at digital payment technology companies AllCharge and PayOne. Jason graduated cum laude from University of Pennsylvania in 1999 with BA in English Studies, and received an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2005.
