Lynn Schade is a seasoned financial services executive who provides mergers & acquisitions, equity recapitalization, and leveraged cash flow financings. Lynn began her commercial banking career at Bank of Boston, working with large multinationals in the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, and Latin America. Lynn also financed technology companies and sourced cross-border M&A transactions. Most recently, she has worked with privately held, middle market companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Lynn joined Dunn Rush in August 2024 as a Senior Advisor, where she will focus on business development, capital raising, and M&A debt structuring. In addition to her role at Dunn Rush, Lynn is an active volunteer and is currently serving as a board member of Better Way To Help, a non-profit focused on providing access to therapies for individuals who’ve experienced a traumatic brain injury. Lynn was previously the President of the Exit Planning Exchange Greater Boston, a local Boston industry group of business colleagues focused on the M&A community. Lynn received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
