Shreyansh Vora is a managing director in Duff & Phelps’ Mumbai office, leading the India due diligence team. He has over 18 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction advisory services, and has been involved in more than 200 transactions. Shreyansh has provided a broad range of M&A services to clients, including financial due diligence, business forecasts and projection reviews, negotiation support and SPA advisory. He has provided end-to-end deal support services to large MNCs on India-inbound transactions as well as Indian corporates for outbound and domestic M&A transactions. He has also worked with a number of financial investors and private equity (PE) funds, supporting them on their pre-deal evaluations. In the recent past, he has worked on a number of large vendor due diligence engagements, which have resulted in successful fundraising or business sale transactions. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, he worked with Deloitte India in the M&A Transaction Services team and was the lead member for servicing clients in the pharmaceutical sector. Shreyansh has also previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers India as part of its due diligence team based in Mumbai. He has worked across industry sectors, majorly covering life science and healthcare, chemicals, consumer products, financial services, media and entertainment and infrastructure. As the project leader on engagements, he has coordinated with multi-disciplinary teams and has the ability to combine his financial, tax, commercial and legal expertise on deals to provide solutions to his clients. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
