Bio

Philipp Bose is a director in the Munich office and part of the Corporate Finance advisory practice. He has more than 9 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory. Philipp’s sector experience is focused on TMT, chemicals and industrial goods. His engagement highlights include advising a leading German chemical company on several divestitures of non-core operations in Switzerland, the UK and Norway; and serving as advisor to media and telecommunications companies in Germany in relation to strategic option evaluation and divestiture of non-core businesses. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Philipp gained experience at Solon Management Consulting and the corporate development and strategy department of Siemens AG. Philipp holds a Diploma in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich, Germany and HEC Lausanne, Switzerland.
