Geon Lee is a managing director in the Duff & Phelps Boston office and is part of the due diligence practice. He has over 21 years of professional experience, and 15 years of transaction advisory experience. Geon has advised private equity firms, strategic clients, and lenders on over 250 buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements in a wide range of industries, including consumer products, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, media, telecommunication, business services, software, and technology. Geon has also advised on contract structuring and negotiations, working capital and purchase price adjustments, and technical accounting advisory engagements. He has extensive cross-border experience and has led transactions based in the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Geon, was a managing director in FTI Consulting Inc.’s transaction advisory services practice. Geon was also director in the transactions services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and KPMG LLP. Geon received his B.A. in economics-accounting from Claremont McKenna College. He is a certified public accountant licensed in Massachusetts.
