David Lee is a managing director in the firm’s Transaction Opinions practice and is based in the New York office. David has ten years of experience executing fairness and solvency opinions and valuations for mergers and acquisitions, private placements and recapitalization transactions. He has advised companies, boards of directors, corporate counsel, trustees and shareholders in a variety of public and private company transactions, including take-privates, leveraged buyouts, asset sales, reverse mergers, tender offers, related-party transactions, spin-offs, capital raises, recapitalizations and ESOP transactions. David’s clients represent a broad range of industries including real estate, software, healthcare, aerospace and defense, consumer products, consumer retail, telecommunications, media, technology and manufacturing. David received his MBA in finance from the Fordham Graduate School of Business and BS in finance from Penn State University. He holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series 7 and 63 licenses and David also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
