Danielle DiPietra is a director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in the New York office. She has over six years of experience advising corporations and private equity firms on operations strategy and transactions. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Danielle was a manager in A.T. Kearney’s Manufacturing Center of Excellence. In this role, she led identification and implementation of shop floor improvements as well as enterprise transformation initiatives for manufacturing companies across multiple industries. Before moving to consulting, Danielle was a manufacturing engineer for seven years, working at companies such as Danaher and Millipore. In this capacity, she led lean manufacturing initiatives to drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Danielle has significant experience on pre-acquisition operations diligence and post-acquisition planning and implementation to drive value realization for both public and private equity transactions. Danielle received a B.S. in chemical engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management.
