Bio

Daniel is a director at Pagemill Partners, A Kroll Business, based in the Toronto office. He is focused on advising technology companies on M&A and growth equity financing. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked for investment banks in Canada and the U.S. covering the technology sector. He was a Vice President in the Global Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets in San Francisco where he covered clients in a number verticals including semiconductors, software, electronics, industrials, and advanced connected systems. Prior to his career in investment banking, Daniel worked at ATI Technologies Inc. and Advanced Micro Devices where he held various senior product management and business development roles. Daniel has advised management teams of emerging growth, Fortune 100, public and private companies on financing and strategic alternatives. His transaction experience includes IPOs, M&A, debt and equity financing, and other special situations. Daniel received a B.S. in computer science from McGill University where he graduated with First Class Honours, an M.S. in computer science from the University of Toronto, and an MBA in finance from the University of Toronto. Daniel holds the FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
