Anthony is a managing director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in the Los Angeles office. He leverages more than 15 years of professional experience in transaction advisory, accounting and finance. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Anthony was vice president at CTS Capital Advisors, LLC, where he was responsible for the execution and management of buy-side due diligence engagements for leveraged buyout, senior and subordinate debt, and strategic transactions in the middle-market. Before that, he held the title of senior associate in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Notable clients included Disney Studios, ABC Networks, Sony Pictures Entertainment, independent film production and distribution companies, software, internet commerce and digital media companies. Special engagements while at PricewaterhouseCoopers included two business segment divestitures, forensic procedures on a fraudulent financial reporting investigation and an IPO. Anthony has expertise in advising lenders, strategic buyers and private equity firms on pre-investment financial and accounting due diligence, and post-investment portfolio company reviews. His representative transactions cover a broad range of industries including software, media, healthcare, manufacturing, business services, hospitality, education and consumer products. Anthony received his Masters of Public Accounting and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California (inactive) and also holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 registrations.
