Mr. Hatfield has nearly ten years of experience working on a broad range of advisory assignments across a number of industry sectors. Prior to joining Ducera, Mr. Hatfield worked at Houlihan Lokey, Regions Securities, and AT&T. Mr. Hatfield earned a BA from Trinity International University and an MBA from Indiana University.
