Mr. Dowling is responsible for Ducera’s accounting, tax, technology, real estate, and operation functions. Prior to joining Ducera, Mr. Dowling worked at GE Capital and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Dowling earned a BA from The College of the Holy Cross.
