Paul is based in Washington, DC and supports DRP on US-related projects. Paul grew up in Romania and Washington State, USA and is a long-term resident of the Washington, DC area. Paul has many years of experience advising clients from the US, Asia and Europe on acquisitions in the US market. Besides M&A, he also has expertise in market research and business strategy. Paul’s experience includes a diverse set of roles at Capstone Strategic and Crossroads Capital, two boutique M&A firms in the Washington, DC area. His primary focus has been on buy-side M&A advisory. Paul has worked across a number of different sectors including industrials, life sciences, technology, IT services, chemicals and others. Paul holds a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
