Paul Hoffman Bio

Mr. Hoffman has 26 years of investment banking experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisition advisory services as well as capital markets transactions. He was a recipient of The M&A Advisor's "40 Under 40” award and has advised on a variety of transactions totaling in excess of $10 billion in value, including sell-side, buy-side, negotiated transactions, defense advisory, and going private mandates for privately owned middle market businesses as well as publicly traded companies within the industrials, aerospace and defense, consumer, retail, technology, healthcare, and business services sectors. In addition, Mr. Hoffman has delivered customized financing solutions across the entire capital structure, including senior and subordinated/mezzanine debt, minority equity, and sale- leaseback transactions. Prior to joining Dresner Partners in 2007, Mr. Hoffman spent nine years at Banc of America Securities LLC where he was focused on M&A advisory and capital raising mandates across multiple industries.
