Randy has over ten years experience providing investment banking and consulting services to IT Service organizations in the middle market. Prior to Dragonfly Capital and founding Lyndhurst Partners, Randy worked with both Stanford Keene, a Charlotte-based technology-focused M&A consulting firm, and Arthur Andersen advising public and private companies in financial and merger and acquisition-related matters.
