Jonathan Nance focuses on real estate finance at Dragonfly Capital and is the founder and president of JRC Capital Advisory, LLC based in Charlotte, NC. JRC Capital Advisory is a commercial real estate consulting firm that specializes in assisting real estate developers and sponsors scale and grow their businesses through new capital sources. Jonathan has spent over 25 years in the commercial real estate industry where he obtained extensive experience in operations, leasing, brokerage, development, and investments.
