Chester has over thirty years of investment banking and capital markets experience, advising companies across a wide range of industries, including consumer, industrial, healthcare, business services, energy, aerospace/defense, and technology. Prior to relocating to Charleston, SC, Chester was based in Scottsdale, AZ, where he founded Fulham Partners, a lower-middle market financial advisory firm that specialized in growth capital, leveraged recapitalization, merger and acquisition, and divestiture services. Chester began his Wall Street career in New York City, where he served as the Director of US Institutional Equity for both Royal Bank of Canada and SG Cowen Securities Corporation, a subsidiary of Société Générale. He played a crucial role in establishing and cultivating the banks' relationships with top-tier financial institutions, including mutual funds, pension funds, bank trusts, advisories, and hedge funds. He also traveled extensively to Singapore to establish a successful relationship with GIC, the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Singapore, making it the largest client for both banks. Chester is actively promoting collaboration and growth within the business community as a member of the executive committees for two professional networking organizations: Arizona Business Connectors (formerly Business Forums International - Scottsdale) and Wall Street Charleston.
