Bio

Jason is a Director at Dowling Hales. Prior to joining our firm, in 2016 Jason raised capital and led a management buyout of Early, Cassidy & Schilling (ECS), an insurance agency in the metro D.C. area. He became CEO of ECS and sold it in 2020 to AssuredPartners, with guidance from Dowling Hales. Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Lockton Southeast Series; Managing Partner and Regional Partner for Willis of Colorado and Northern California, respectively; and President of HRH – Atlanta. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young. Jason is a graduate of Berry College in Georgia with a degree in Accounting. He is registered with FINRA as a Limited Representative - Investment Banking (Series 79 and 63).
