Shaf joined Dow Schofield Watts in 2024 as a Partner in the Midlands Corporate Finance Team. Prior to this, he spent six years at Magma Corporate Finance in the East and West Midlands as its Head of Corporate Finance. He has more than ten years’ experience in corporate finance, originally working at RSM UK, and specialises in providing bespoke solutions to SMEs, particularly in the circular economy & recycling, infrastructure and software sectors. Key deals of note for Shaf include advising the shareholders of Envirokey on its sale to circular economy specialist Reconomy, the sale of Integrum Power Engineering to the OCU Group, the sale of Eurokey Recycling and the buy-out of leading vehicle servicing equipment supplier, Pro-Align. In his spare time, Shaf enjoys staying active in the great outdoors and can often be found cycling or hiking up a hill.
