Matt Spence Bio

Matt Spence joined the Yorkshire & North East Corporate Finance team in September 2019. He has advised companies across the UK mid-market on transactions including trade sales, MBOs, private equity and debt fundraising and has sector experience in retail, leisure, manufacturing and IT & business support services. His previous role was at Ernst and Young, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and spent 6 years in Assurance covering a client base ranging from FTSE 100 to private mid-market businesses.
