Gregg Pendlington Bio

Gregg joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in 2013 having spent the previous 8 years with a national firm of Chartered Accountants (in their Corporate Finance team). He is FCA qualified and holds the Corporate Finance Qualification from ICAEW. He previously obtained his degree in Accounting and Financial Management at the University of Sheffield, graduating in 2000. Gregg has a broad level of experience, having worked on a variety of transactions across many sectors in his 20 years in the industry. Recent transactional experience includes the acquisitions of Woodrow Environmental Consultants, AQUAFACT and GoBe Consultants by APEM Group (funded by Virgin Money), the acquisition of Vortex IoT by Marston Holdings and the buyout of DR&P (backed by Inflexion) and subsequent acquisition of Channing Lucas & Partners (funded by Ares).
