Bio

Koo joined Dow Schofield Watts in 2023 to launch a DSW Corporate Finance office in Cardiff. Prior to this, he spent 3 years at boutique M&A firm Gambit CF, where he ran a wide range of transaction processes, including fundraising, disposals, acquisitions and MBOs. Before joining Gambit, he spent 4 years at PwC in their London Embankment practice, and latterly 2 years at Menzies Corporate Finance, specialising in mid-market lead advisory to owner-managed businesses. In his spare time, Koo enjoys boxing training and wild swimming.
