Bio

Mr. Castonguay joined DNA Capital in 2010 and has more than 20 years of investment banking experience, having advised clients on M&A and financing transactions in a variety of industries including media, technology, financial services, and consumer packaged goods. His particular field of expertise is in managing high-growth software companies. Prior to joining DNA Capital, he held the position of Director at Schroders and prior to that was Director at RBC Capital Markets. In addition to his investment banking experience, Mr. Castonguay served as Chief Financial Officer of MindAvenue and N(i)2 Inc. Mr. Castonguay holds a B.Comm. from Université Laval and an MBA from INSEAD. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Centennial Academy and the INSEAD Canadian Alumni Association.
