Bio

Mr. Pelletier joined DNA Capital in 2018 and has more than 8 years of corporate finance and accounting experience, having worked on M&A, financing and restructuring mandates in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, urban transportation and environmental services. Prior to joining DNA, he was a manager in Deloitte Montreal’s M&A Corporate Finance group advising on a variety of sell-side and financing mandates. Mr. Pelletier graduated with Honors from McGill University (B. Comm.) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
