Rachel McMillin Bio

Rachel McMillin is a Director at District Capital Partners. Prior to joining DCP, Rachel was a Private Equity Associate at LNC Partners, where her primary responsibilities included analyzing and executing new investments as well as monitoring portfolio companies. Rachel began her career as a Financial Analyst at KippsDeSanto & Co., where she focused on executing middle-market M&A transactions for government technology solutions and aerospace and defense firms. Rachel has a degree in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where she was an Echols Scholar. When not at DCP, Rachel enjoys traveling, baking, and watching UVA basketball. If she weren't at DCP, Rachel would open a combination dog rescue/yoga studio in Boulde
