Bio

Marty Schnider is a Managing Director at District Capital Partners. Prior to joining DCP, Marty was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. During his five years at Credit Suisse, Marty advised on over $95 billion of M&A transactions including the Praxair/Linde, Vantiv/Worldpay and Zimmer/Biomet mergers as well as the extensive regulatory divestiture processes related to the Bayer/Monsanto and Praxair/Linde transactions. Marty has an MBA from Darden School of Business at University of Virginia and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics. Marty is also a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Institute. When not at DCP, Marty enjoys spending time with his wife and son, skiing, and rock climbing. If he weren’t at DCP, Marty would be unsuccessfully attempting to climb Annapurna.
