Mr. Gerlacher has been an advisor in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructurings for over 25 years. Mr. Gerlacher specializes in industry verticals including energy, diversified industrials and healthcare. He is responsible for leading all aspects of engagements for the firm. Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. Gerlacher was a Director in Merrill Lynch’s Energy Group and was a Managing Director and the head of the Energy M&A groups at BMO Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. During his career, he has been instrumental in over 75 completed strategic transactions for clients in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Gerlacher received a BBA degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA, High Honors, from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
