Mohit Mehta Bio

Mr. Mehta has over 19 years of M&A experience across multiple industry sectors. His particular focus is on cross-border transactions and helping clients execute their international M&A strategies. Mr. Mehta joined Dinan in 2004 and was instrumental in establishing Dinan Research Services (DRS), the firm’s India-based research subsidiary. Mr. Mehta also leads Dinan’s relationship with Translink Corporate Finance, one of the largest M&A corporate finance advisory groups in the world. Mr. Mehta received his MBA, with honors, from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and his undergraduate degree in Economics from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University.
