CJ Liley Bio

Mr. Liley is a Vice President in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers across a wide array of sectors including technology, healthcare, construction, consumer/retail, food & beverage, business services and industrial manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Dinan & Company in 2017, Mr. Liley was responsible for fleet management, financing, and inventory control for a subprime car-leasing subsidiary of Uber. Prior thereto, he served as a Licensed Financial Advisor at Merill Edge where he actively reviewed client’s portfolios, implemented investment strategies, and executed trades. Mr. Liley holds a B.S. in Business, magna cum laude, with emphasis in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado.
