Alex Ryan Bio

Alex Ryan has held various roles in private equity and investment banking throughout his career. He joined Dinan Capital Advisors in 2021 as and is responsible for assisting in all aspects of M&A advisory for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Ryan has experience in a variety of industries including; consumer, healthcare, industrials, and food and beverage. Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. Ryan was a Director at Shore Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on the healthcare industry. Prior to his role at Shore Capital, Mr. Ryan was a Senior Associate at Atlas Holdings. Previously, Mr. Ryan worked in M&A advisory at Houlihan Lokey and Harris Williams. Mr. Ryan holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
