Doug has over 30 years of investment banking, investment and operating experience in the communications, media and technology industries, with primary focus on sub-sectors such as Internet Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Internet Security and Software as a Service. Prior to joining DH Capital, Mr. Webster was a Partner at Signal Hill Capital, an Investment Bank focused on growth companies in Telcom, Media and Technology industries. Prior to Signal Hill, Mr. Webster was Group Vice President for MCI Communications, responsible for all M&A and investment activity. He was also a partner in MCI’s venture fund where he led 11 investments in new media, security software, hardware and IP related start-ups. Additionally, Mr. Webster held various sales, finance and general management roles in New York and Washington DC in his 19 years at MCI. Mr. Webster earned his BA degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his MBA from Fordham University.
