Prior to joining DH Capital, Adam was Vice President of Finance at InfoHighway Communications, where he was involved in the structuring and execution of a variety of strategic transactions that helped grow the company from $25 million to more than $120 million in annual sales. Select transactions include: the acquisitions of Elink Communications, Edge Connections, Future Telecom, and InfoHighway Communications; sale of InfoHighwayís California assets to Cypress Communications; over $40 million in equity and debt financing; and the sale of the entire company to Broadview Networks in 2007. Prior to joining InfoHighway, Adam was an Analyst at Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a media and communications focused merchant bank with more than $3 billion under management. Adam holds a BS in Finance from the University of Vermont.
