Bio

Maude has been with Desjardins since 1998. She initially managed financing and banking services for Caisse centrale Desjardins, moving on to an investment manager role with Desjardins Capital in 2008. Drawing on her investment experience, Maude worked on subordinate financing transactions, but also in the private equity industry with multiple transactions for minority and majority interests before becoming Eastern Quebec's Vice-President of Investment and Career Development in 2020. She's a firm believer in cultivating strong business relationships with business partners and maximizing performance for investors and sponsors—an approach that led to her appointment as Vice-President, Business Expertise and Performance in 2022. In this capacity, Maude leads teams responsible for due diligence and value creation, financial monitoring, legal affairs, advisory management, investment communications, sustainable investment and SME governance. Maude has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Université Laval. Over the years, she has been involved as a member and chair of various boards of directors and as a volunteer for numerous charitable organizations.
