Stanley Lah Bio

Stanley Lah is Leader for all M&A Services across Deloitte in Asia Pacific and our Deputy Leader of Financial Advisory in China. Stanley has more than 25 years of experience serving private equity and corporate clients on complex domestic and cross-border acquisitions. He is a trusted advisor to senior executives and Board of Directors of conglomerates and investment funds, and has led wide range of M&A services not limited to financial due diligence, deal structuring, valuation support, post-deal integration, pre-IPO fund raising and restructuring exercises. He is our Global Lead Client Service Partner for Tencent and also leads the Financial Advisory relationships for a number of other major Corporate and Private Equity relationships in Asia. Stanley is a qualified accountant and a Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
