Rob has more than 25 years’ experience in M&A and has advised on more than 100 integrations and separations with a primary focus on the consumer and technology sectors. He has lived and advised on M&A across Europe (UK and Denmark) as well as Asia Pacific (Southeast Asia and Australia). His expertise is focused on asset portfolio strategies and in particular, cross border M&A. He has recently advised on some of the largest and most complex divestment deals within the Asia Pacific region.
