Michael Sciulli Bio

Based in New York, Mike is a managing director with Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF). He has more than 20 years of investment banking experience advising on numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions and has executed several capital raising engagements, including equity and debt capital offerings with all deal activity representing over $20 billion in transaction value. Most of Mike’s experience falls within the Industrials sector. Prior to joining DCF, Mike served as a managing director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Wells Fargo Securities and the Business Sales and Advisory Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, where he was responsible for originating and executing M&A transactions for a broad set of public and private companies. During that time, Mike worked in Hong Kong where he built and led Wells Fargo Securities M&A business in the Asia-Pacific region and advised on multiple cross-border transactions in various countries, including Australia, China, and Japan.
