Jan Rattay is a Partner in the Transaction Services M&A Operations team at Deloitte, and work with Private Equity and Corporate clients to identify and deliver value both pre- and post-deal. He has clients on and executed over 200 deals. He works across the transaction life cycle, including exit readiness assessments and preparation businesses for sale, buy-side and sell-side operational diligence, carve-outs and separations, synergy identification and reviews, 100 day plan preparation and execution, integration planning and execution, and performance improvement across private equity portfolio businesses.
