Emily is a partner in our Financial Advisory M&A Operations practice with over 15 years of M&A experience, working with corporates and private equity companies looking to transact in the Financial Services sector. Emily supports her clients across a range of services along the end to end M&A journey, from pre-deal operational due diligence, synergy assessments carve-out planning and TSA development, through to post deal separation and integration support and performance improvement assessments.
