Bio

Bryant is an M&A partner within Deloitte and serves private equity (PEI) clients specializing in large LBO transactions. In this role, he leads multi-national Deloitte teams in: assisting with the development of transaction structures, analyzing financial information for incorporation in financial models, leading accounting and financial due diligence, advising clients on financial and accounting aspects of purchase and financing agreements and coordinating the closing of a transaction. Bryant also manages multi-functional Deloitte teams including: benefits, insurance / risk management, management consulting and IT. He also provides consulting services related to exit plans for companies within his PEI clients’ portfolio of investments.
