Brice Chasles Bio

Brice began his career as an auditor for banks and financial institutions in an audit and accounting firm in Paris, followed by a few years in London. He joined Deloitte's Financial Advisory team in 1998 and gained international experience, particularly in Asia and in New York, working on the M&A teams for two years. He joined the association in 2004 and created the financial sector activity within Financial Advisory. In 2018, he became Managing Partner of Deloitte Francophone Africa, then Managing Partner of Deloitte Financial Advisory three years later. Over the years, Brice has specialized in advising financial and strategic buyers on due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and structuring M&A transactions in the financial and consumer industries. During his career at Deloitte, he participated in more than 400 financial advisory projects for major corporate and private equity clients in over 40 countries. Brice Chasles previously served as Vice President and Board Member of Deloitte France between 2010 and 2018. He graduated in 2015 with an Executive MBA Trium Global (HEC, LSE, NYU Stern) and is a French chartered accountant and US CPA.
